母乳微生物种类和来源及其对新生子代作用的研究进展

【摘要】:母乳历来被认为是无菌的,但是最新的研究表明,母乳可为婴儿持续提供能够定植于婴儿肠道的益生菌如乳酸乳球菌和发酵乳杆菌,这些细菌可以促使婴儿肠道发育及免疫系统的成熟,以提高自身对病原菌的抵抗能力.本文就母乳中细菌的种类、来源及其对新生子代肠道菌群及免疫作用进行了综述,以期为母乳微生物的研究和利用提供参考.
[Abstract]:Breast milk has traditionally been considered aseptic, but new studies have shown that breast milk continues to provide infants with probiotics such as Lactococcus lactis and Lactobacillus fermentata that can be colonized in the baby's intestines. These bacteria can promote intestinal development and maturation of the immune system in infants to improve their resistance to pathogenic bacteria. In this paper, the species and sources of bacteria in breast milk and their intestinal flora and immune function in neonatal generation were reviewed in order to provide reference for the research and utilization of breast milk microorganisms.
