三重四级杆-气质联用法测定生活饮用水中半挥发性有机物

【摘要】:目的建立三重四级杆-气质联用法(GC-MS/MS)测定生活饮用水中半挥发有机物。方法通过大体积固相萃取装置连续进样,同时处理多个样品,用C18固相萃取柱吸附水样中的目标组分,通过二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯对生活饮用水中半挥发性有机物进行提取、分离;经DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离,利用三重四级杆-气质联用法(GC-MS/MS)选择离子模式(SRM模式)对目标物进行定性,最后用苊-D_(10)、菲-D_(10)、屈-D_(12)三种内标对21种半挥发有机物分别进行定量分析,进而对生活饮用水中21种半挥发性有机物进行检测。结果该方法通过二级质谱扫描提高了检测的灵敏度,稳定性好、选择性高,线性相关系数在0.9902以上,检出限小于5.0×10~(-5)mg/L,回收率为72.6%~127.3%,相对标准偏差为1.05%~9.89%。结论此方法快速、准确、可靠,可用于生活饮用水中微量半挥发性有机物的日常监测。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a triple four-stage bar-mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) for the determination of semi-volatile organic compounds in drinking water. Methods A large volume solid phase extraction device was used to continuously inject samples and treat multiple samples at the same time. The target components in the water samples were adsorbed by C18 solid phase extraction column, and the semi-volatile organic compounds in drinking water were extracted by dichloromethane and ethyl acetate. Separation; The target was characterized by triple four-stage rod-mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) selective ion mode (SRM model) by DB-5MS capillary column temperature programmed separation. Finally, acenaphthene-D10 and phenanthrene D10 were used. 21 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds were quantitatively analyzed by three internal standards of qu-D12, and then 21 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds in drinking water were detected.
