胎婴儿期合理铁营养与儿童大脑发育

【摘要】：铁元素是人体内基本的矿物质,不仅是机体合成血红蛋白、肌红蛋白所必需,也是维持依赖铁的各种酶的功能所必需。大量研究发现,早期缺铁通过改变脑结构、神经递质功能和神经代谢,伴随基因和蛋白组分的改变,影响着感觉运动、认知语言和社会情绪的发育;生命早期合适的铁营养状态受出生前、围生期、出生后等时期多种因素的交互影响,铁需求量也因胎儿和婴儿生长发育需求的不同而不同。新的研究进展提示了生命早期的脑发育存在着铁依赖的关键期,重申了早期不同时期合理补充铁的重要性。
[Abstract]:Iron is a basic mineral in the human body, which is not only necessary for the synthesis of hemoglobin and myoglobin, but also necessary to maintain the function of various iron-dependent enzymes. A large number of studies have found that early iron deficiency affects the development of sensory movement, cognitive language and social emotion by changing brain structure, neurotransmitter function and neurometabolism, accompanied by changes in gene and protein components. The suitable iron nutrition status in the early stage of life is affected by many factors, such as pre-birth, perinatal period, post-birth and so on, and the iron demand varies according to the growth and development needs of fetuses and infants. The new research progress suggests that there is a critical period of iron dependence in brain development in the early stages of life, and the importance of reasonable iron supplementation in early different periods is reaffirmed.
