【摘要】：目的了解2013-2015年江西省女性婚检人群及孕产妇接受HIV、梅毒和乙肝检测状况。方法收集2013-2015年江西省女性婚检人群接受HIV的检测及孕产妇接受HIV、梅毒和乙肝检测情况等信息,用描述性分析方法及cochran-armitage趋势检验分析3种疾病的检测率/比例、阳性率及变化趋势。结果 2015年婚检人群HIV检测比例为70.12%,与2013年相比增长率为186.67%,阳性率为6.32/10万,增长率为14.29%,HIV的检测比例呈上升趋势。2015年孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝的检测率分别为97.70%,97.98%与99.20%,与2013年相比增长率分别为9.20%,3.78%与1.95%;2015年3种疾病孕期检测比例分别为63.57%,63.33%与65.37%,增长率分别为31.40%,31.47%与23.53%;3种病的检测率及孕期检测比例均呈上升趋势。2015年孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝表面抗原阳性率分别为10.61/10万,90.57/10万,10.97%,增长率分别为62.73%,26.60%,-1.88%,孕产妇HIV和梅毒阳性率呈上升趋势。结论江西省孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝的孕期检测比例不高,HIV和梅毒的阳性率有上升趋势,要持续推进母婴阻断工作,减少婴儿感染。
