电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定手术室空气中顺铂

【摘要】：目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定手术室空气中顺铂的方法。方法手术室空气中的顺铂用微孔滤膜和吸收液分别采集,微孔滤膜用浓硝酸消解,吸收液直接稀释后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定。结果该方法检出限为4.34×10~(-3)μg/L,加标回收率为92.6%~98.0%,相对标准偏差为0.83%~4.31%,微孔滤膜采样法最低检出浓度为0.010×10~(-3)mg/m~3,吸收液采样法最低检出浓度为0.024×10~(-3)mg/m~3。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确且灵敏度高,可用于手术室空气中顺铂的检测。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of DDP in operating room air by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods DDP in the air of operating room was collected by microporous filter membrane and absorption liquid respectively. The microporous filter membrane was digested with concentrated nitric acid and diluted directly.
