[Abstract]:Objective to explore the sleep characteristics of submarine crew during long voyage, and to provide scientific basis for their sleep security. Methods Submarine crew on a long voyage mission was used as the research object. The sleep status of the crew was tracked and scored before and after the voyage and before and after each segment by using the sleep self-rating scale (SRSS). The different task types of the crew before and after the implementation of the segment task were analyzed. The changes of sleep before and after sea recuperation were compared between the crew and the surface ship crew in the second segment, and the number of the crew with sleep problems in each segment was compared. The results were viewed from the overall results. The sleeping condition of the crew was obviously worse than that before the voyage and before the voyage (P0.01). The sleeping condition of the third segment before the task was obviously worse than that before the voyage (P0.05). The crew had a rest at sea and the sleep condition was stable. There was no significant difference between the two groups before going to sea (P 0.05). The sleeping condition of the crew after the rest at sea was obviously better than that before recuperation (P0.05 or P0.01). After completing a section, the crew passed through the sea recuperation. The crew's sleep score recovered to the pre-sea level of P0.05. after completing two sections of the mission in a row, the crew went through sea recuperation. The sleeping score of the crew was not significantly changed (P 0.05). The sleeping condition of the crew was better than that of the same period after the rest at sea. The crew of the same mission had a better sleep condition than that of the water surface warship, but the crew had completed the flight segment task. Sleep was significantly worse than that of the rest crew at sea (P0.01) and the surface ship crew (P0.05). The proportion of people with sleep problems was significantly lower among naval recuperators than among crew members performing segment tasks (P0.001 or P0.05). There was no significant difference in the proportion of sleeping problems between the crew who had not recuperated after the first flight segment and those who had recuperated in Hong Kong (P0.05). However, the proportion of sleeping problems among the crew who rest in the second section is obviously higher than that in the former group (P0.05) and the second one during the rest at sea. The proportion of sleeping problems in the crew of the third segment was significantly higher than that in the first segment (P0.05 / P0.01). The proportion of sleeping problems in the third segment mission crew was significantly higher than that in the first section (P0.01) and the second segment (P0.01). The sleep quality of the long voyage crew decreased obviously after the completion of the segment task, and the sleep problems could be accumulated. With the increase of the continuous long voyage time, the sleep quality of the crew became worse and worse, but after the sea recuperation, the sleeping condition of the crew members obviously improved. It is suggested that the rest at sea is an effective sleep protection method for the crew on a long voyage mission.
