肾脏嫌色细胞癌和嗜酸细胞腺瘤MSCT鉴别诊断

【摘要】：目的探讨肾脏嫌色细胞癌和嗜酸细胞腺瘤的MSCT表现及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析20例肾脏嫌色细胞癌和13例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的CT表现并相互对比。结果肾脏嫌色细胞癌组病变较肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤组大。两种肿瘤内部囊变、坏死及钙化均无明显差异。嫌色细胞癌组CT增强扫描各期强化程度均低于嗜酸细胞腺瘤组。嗜酸细胞腺瘤组辐轮状强化及中央瘢痕出现的概率明显高于嫌色细胞癌组。结论 CT多期增强扫描有利于两病的术前鉴别诊断。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the MSCT findings and differential diagnosis of chromophobe cell carcinoma and eosinophilic adenoma of kidney. Methods CT findings of 20 cases of chromophobe cell carcinoma of kidney and 13 cases of renal eosinophil adenoma were retrospectively analyzed and compared with each other. The lesions in the cell carcinoma group were larger than those in the renal eosinophil adenoma group. There was no significant difference in necrosis and calcification. The enhancement degree of CT enhanced CT scan was lower than that of eosinophilic adenoma in each phase. The probability of radionuclide enhancement and central scar in eosinophilic adenoma was significantly higher than that in chromophobe cell. Conclusion Multi-phase enhanced CT scan is helpful for the differential diagnosis of two diseases before operation.
