胫骨软骨黏液样纤维瘤一例

【摘要】：正病例资料患者,男,17岁,于1年前偶然发现右小腿上段外侧包块,无疼痛及任何不适,半个月前发现该包块明显增大。查体:右胫骨上段外侧可触及一质硬包块,无活动度,有轻度压痛,膝关节屈伸活动无受限。X线片:右胫骨上段干骺端外侧见一椭圆形、偏心膨胀性骨质破坏区,边界清楚,内见粗大骨嵴及分隔,髓腔侧可见硬化边,外缘骨皮质明显变薄、中断,病变长轴与患骨长轴一致,骨干侧骨皮质增厚(图1)。MRI平扫及增强:肿块以等T1长T2信号为主,界清,边缘
[Abstract]:Positive patients, male, 17 years old, 1 years ago found outside of right upper leg mass, no pain and no discomfort, half a month ago found that the mass increased significantly. Physical examination: the lateral right tibia can reach a hard mass, no activity, mild tenderness. The knee joint flexion without limitation. X-ray: right upper tibia metaphysis outside a oval, eccentric expansion area, bone clear boundary, in the bone crest and separating coarse, medullary cavity side sclerosis, outer cortical bone became thin, interrupted, and the long axis of the long axis of the bone lesions with same the backbone, lateral cortex thickening (Fig. 1) plain and enhanced.MRI: mass to T1 long T2 signal, clear boundary, edge
