[Abstract]:In recent years, intestinal flora as a new target to participate in the steady state regulation of the body has attracted wide attention in the medical field. The intestinal flora lives in the human intestinal tract, through the protection of the intestinal tract. Nutrition and involvement in regulating the body's metabolism have an impact on host health. Intestinal dysbacteriosis can be associated with a variety of metabolic disorders, including obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver, diabetes and cancer. The change of intestinal flora is an important index to evaluate the physiological health of the body. Exercise, as an environmental irritant factor, can effectively regulate the composition and structure of intestinal flora and improve the abundance of intestinal flora.
