多层螺旋CT扫描在制定三维适形放射治疗计划中的应用价值

【摘要】：目的研讨基于三维适形放射治疗计划的多层螺旋CT扫描技术及应用价值。方法随机抽取需接受放射治疗的患者共计80例,将所有患者随机分为两组,分别是观察组和对照组,每组患者均为40例,对照组采用常规方法制定放疗计划,观察组采用多层螺旋CT扫描技术制定放疗计划,比较两组患者的三维适形放射治疗总缓解率以及患者满意度。结果观察组的总缓解率(95.00%)高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的满意率高达92.50%,对照组患者的满意率为75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论基于三维适形放射治疗计划的多层螺旋CT扫描技术及应用价值较高,在肿瘤组织的缓解率方面提高显著,临床上可予以借鉴。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the technique and value of multi-slice spiral CT scanning based on three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy plan. Methods 80 patients were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. There were 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional radiotherapy plan, and the patients in the observation group were treated with multi-slice spiral CT scanning. Results the total remission rate of the observation group was 95.00) higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.50%, and that of the control group was up to 92.50%. The meaning rate was 75.00, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the multi-slice spiral CT scanning technique based on three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy plan and its application value are higher. The remission rate of tumor tissue has been improved significantly, which can be used for reference in clinic.
