冠状动脉介入手术患者不同部位表面受照剂量分析

【摘要】:目的分析冠状动脉造影介入手术患者不同部位受到的辐射剂量。方法采用整群随机抽样法,选取广西4家三级甲等医院的60例分别行冠状动脉造影术(CAG)和冠状动脉造影术及支架植入术(PTCA)的患者为研究对象,采用热释光剂量监测方法分别于手术时对患者甲状腺、后胸部、会阴和左上臂4个部位表面受照剂量进行监测。结果 CAG和PTCA患者甲状腺、会阴和左上臂表面受照剂量均低于后胸部(P0.05);PTCA患者甲状腺、后胸部和左上臂表面受照剂量均高于CAG患者相应部位(P0.05)。D医院CAG手术患者甲状腺和左上臂表面受照剂量均高于其他3家医院(P0.05),会阴表面受照剂量均低于其他3家医院(P0.05)。结论冠状动脉造影介入手术患者的胸部和甲状腺表面受照剂量较高,应采取适当的辐射防护措施以减少患者的表面受照剂量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the radiation dose in different parts of patients undergoing coronary angiographic interventional surgery. Sixty patients with coronary angiography (CAG), coronary angiography (CAG) and stent implantation (PTCA) were selected from 4 Grade 3A hospitals in Guangxi. The thyroid gland was monitored by thermoluminescence dose monitoring method. Results the dose of radiation on the thyroid gland, perineum and left upper arm surface of patients with CAG and PTCA was lower than that of the patients with posterior thoracic cavity P0.05 or P0.05a, the dose of radiation on the surface of the posterior chest, perineum and left upper arm was lower than that of the patients with CAG and PTCA. The radiation dose on the posterior chest and the left upper arm was higher than that on the thyroid gland and the left upper arm surface of the patients undergoing CAG operation in CAG patients. The radiation dose on the perineal surface was lower than that of the other 3 doctors. Conclusion the radiation dose on the surface of chest and thyroid is higher in patients undergoing coronary angiography interventional surgery. Appropriate radiation protection measures should be taken to reduce the dose of surface exposure to patients.
