郑州大学体育学院表演系学生运动损伤致因分析

【摘要】:随着社会的进步,时代的发展,各个项目对专业技术要求越来越高,对动作难度的要求也越来越大。郑州大学体育学院表演系的各门专业课程不仅要求学生要有优美的表现力,而且一直朝着高难度、高负荷、高强度的方向发展,但与此同时,运动损伤的比例也随之不断增加,即使是训练有素的运动员也难免会因此而出现一些损伤。目前,郑州大学体育学院表演系3个年级,共有120名学生,其中女生80人,男生40人。学生将在学院进行四年系统的专业课程训练,并参加全国及省里举办的一系列相关的比赛或表演。这些学生的条件差异很大,身体素质不同,身体条件不同,技术水平不同,在专业学习过程中,很多都是比较喜爱表演或者具有比较强表现欲望的学生。然而,由于学生自身能力差,身体素质达不到技术的要求,基本功和基本技术不扎实,身体控制能力差,动作感觉差,所以在学习的过程中更容易造成运动损伤。 大学生运动损伤的各种致因非常复杂也有着多样性。本文对表演系学生的运动损伤的研究,主要有这几个方面:1)运动损伤的类型2)运动损伤的所产生的部位3)运动损伤的致因。在表演系学生运动损伤致因中心理因素所产生的损伤是相对比较突出的。比如由于学生的表现力、意志力等较弱,导致在课堂训练中自身要求不严格,练习不认真以及对运动损伤的危害性认识不足,致使动作放松、落地松散、造成损伤。在表演系课程中通过一些心理训练对表演大学生运动损伤的预防起着重要的作用。本文对郑州大学体育学院表演系学生的损伤致因的研究可以更好的指导教学、在各专项课教学、训练过程中有意识的提高学生的各种素质。提高学生对运动损伤类型与部位的认识,加强对运动损伤发生原因的学习预防,并积极的给与干预。对于在表演系学生中已经产生的运动损伤及时治疗做好康复训练。提高郑州大学体育学院表演系学生的整体教学水平及对有效预防表演系大学生的运动损伤有一定的现实意义。

But at the same time, the proportion of sports injuries is also increasing, even trained athletes will inevitably have some injuries. At present, There are 120 students in the acting Department of Zhengzhou University School of physical Education, of whom 80 are girls and 40 are boys. And participate in a series of related competitions or performances held throughout the country and in the provinces. These students have very different conditions, different physical qualities, different physical conditions, different technical levels, and in the course of their professional study, Many of them are students who prefer acting or have a strong desire to perform. The psychological factor in the sports injury of students of acting department is relatively prominent. For example, because of the students' expressiveness, The weakness of willpower leads to the lack of strict requirements in classroom training, the lack of serious practice and insufficient understanding of the harmfulness of sports injuries, resulting in the relaxation of movements and the looseness of landing. In the course of acting department, some psychological training plays an important role in the prevention of sports injury of performing college students. The study of the cause of injury in performance department of physical education college of Zhengzhou University can better guide the teaching. In the course of teaching and training of special courses, the students' various qualities should be improved consciously, the students' understanding of the types and parts of sports injuries should be improved, and the learning and prevention of the causes of sports injuries should be strengthened. And actively give intervention. To do a good job of rehabilitation training for the sports injury that has already occurred among the students of acting department. Improve the overall teaching level of the students of performance department of Zhengzhou university physical education college and effectively prevent the performance department. The sports injury of students has certain practical significance.
