采用薄层CT扫描骨中CT值的质量控制

【摘要】:目的探讨采用薄层CT扫描骨诊断骨质疏松过程中,CT值的质量控制。方法9根猪的股骨分别在2台CT机上扫描,控制因素:电压:100 kV及120 kV;电流:150 mAs及328 mAs。数据按照骨算法、标准算法及软组织算法输出,获得结果传输至个人图形工作站。通过Mask编辑,将数据分为单骨比较组和多骨比较组。统计学分析(1)t检验;(2)Hu及Vσ变化幅度;(3)单因素方差分析;(4)卡方检验;(5)等比验证。结果SBCG在2台CT上所获得的结果进行两两t检验,GE CT 594个P中有523个P0.05(523/594),而SIEMENS CT 594个P中有547个P0.05(547/594);(2)Hu总的变化幅度为0.0664±0.0506,Vσ总的变化幅度为0.0310±0.0300;(3)单因素方差分析结果中P0.05的发生个数,按与4个因素相关性排列,由大到小分别为:电压机器=算法电流;(4)卡方检验:Hu与Vσ,P0.01。Hu的kV因素与CT机器因素,P0.01。Hu的kV因素与算法因素,P0.01。Hu的CT机器因素与算法因素,P0.05。Hu的mAs因素与其他三种,P0.01;(5)标准差与CT值均值近似成等比变化。结论在基于薄层CT扫描诊断骨质疏松过程中,骨CT值的标准差系数具有十分良好的质量控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the quality control of CT value in the diagnosis of osteoporosis by thin slice CT scan.Methods the femur of 9 pigs were scanned on two CT machines. The controlling factors were: voltage: 100kV and 120kV; current: 150,150mAs; current: 328mAs.The data are outputted according to bone algorithm, standard algorithm and soft tissue algorithm, and the results are transmitted to personal graphics workstation.The data were divided into single bone comparison group and multi bone comparison group by Mask editing.Statistical analysis of Hu and V 蟽 changes in Hu and V 蟽 were statistically analyzed.
