不同海拔高度交替低氧训练对大鼠骨骼肌线粒体呼吸功能的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨不同海拔高度交替低氧训练对大鼠骨骼肌线粒体呼吸功能的影响。方法:50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:常氧对照组(C组)、常氧训练组(NT组)、2500 m低氧训练组(2500 m HT组)、3500 m低氧训练组(3500 m HT组)、2500 m~3500 m交替低氧训练组(2500 m~3500 m HT组),每组10只。除C组大鼠不进行运动训练外,其余各组大鼠分别在常氧,模拟海拔2500m、3500 m及2500m~3500 m交替环境下进行递增负荷跑台训练和居住,每周训练6天,共4周。训练结束后处死大鼠,即刻取全血和骨骼肌样本,梯度离心法提取线粒体,测定血液红细胞数目(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)含量和骨骼肌线粒体呼吸链酶复合体(CⅠ~Ⅳ)活性。结果:(1)RBC和Hb:与C组比较,各训练组都有显著提高(P0.01,P0.05)。与NT组比较,低氧训练组都有显著提高(P0.01)。与2500 m HT组和3500 m HT组比较,2500 m~3500 m HT组均显著提高(P0.01)。(2)CⅠ~Ⅳ活性:与C组相比,NT组CⅢ活性显著提高(P0.05),2500 m HT组CI活性显著提高(P0.05),3500 m HT组CⅠ和CⅢ活性显著提高(P0.01,P0.05),2500 m~3500 m HT组CⅠ~Ⅳ活性均显著提高(P0.01,P0.05)。与NT组相比,3500 m HT组CⅠ活性显著提高(P0.01),2500 m~3500 m HT组CⅠ、CⅡ活性显著提高(P0.01,P0.05)。与2500 m HT组相比,2500 m~3500 m HT组CⅡ活性显著提高(P0.05)。结论:低氧训练在提高骨骼肌线粒体呼吸链功能方面较常氧训练更具优势,且交替低氧训练效果最佳。
