儿童肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤1例

【摘要】：正患儿男,7岁,发现腹膜后曩实混合性占位性病变2天。血清甲胎蛋白(alpha fetoprotein,AFP)0.86 ng/ml。超声:肝肾间隙探及15.0 cm×12.3 cm×11.5 cm的低回声结节,边界尚清,内部回声不均,可见分隔及囊状无回声区(图1),边缘探及点条状血流信号。超声诊断:肝肾间隙肿物。CT:肝右叶见类
[Abstract]:A 7-year-old male was found with retroperitoneal mixed space occupying lesions for 2 days.Serum alpha feto protein (AFP) 0.86 ng / ml.Ultrasound: the hypoechoic nodules of 15.0 cm 脳 12.3 cm 脳 11.5 cm were detected in the interspace of liver and kidney. The boundary was clear and the internal echo was uneven. The septal and cystic anechoic areas were observed (Fig. 1).Ultrasonic diagnosis: hepatorenal interstitial tumor. CTA: right lobe of liver
