螺旋CT对急性胃肠道穿孔的早期诊断价值分析

【摘要】：目的探讨螺旋CT对急性胃肠道穿孔的早期诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2013年11月至2016年2月30例的临床资料,将其上腹部CT征象与手术和病理结果进行比较。结果 30例均经手术或病理证实,其中胃十二指肠溃疡11例,阑尾炎穿孔8例,外伤性穿孔7例,恶性肿瘤4例。CT诊断正确率为86.7%(26/30),腹腔游离气体是主要的CT征象。结论对于急性胃肠道穿孔,螺旋CT可迅速准确地反映出腹腔内游离气体的情况,并根据其分布特点判断出穿孔部位,诊断的准确率较高,具有临床应用的价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of spiral CT in early diagnosis of acute gastrointestinal perforation.Methods the clinical data of 30 cases from November 2013 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and the CT findings of upper abdomen were compared with the results of surgery and pathology.Results all the 30 cases were proved by operation or pathology, including 11 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer, 8 cases of appendicitis perforation, 7 cases of traumatic perforation, 4 cases of malignant tumor.Conclusion for acute gastrointestinal perforation, spiral CT can quickly and accurately reflect the situation of free gas in abdominal cavity, and determine the location of perforation according to its distribution characteristics. The diagnostic accuracy is high and has the value of clinical application.
