下肢浅静脉曲张256层螺旋CT低剂量扫描成像研究

【摘要】:目的下肢静脉曲张患者在治疗前后需进行大范围CT或X线造影检查,接受的辐射剂量较高。本研究拟评估低剂量CT增强扫描对下肢曲张浅静脉成像的价值。资料与方法前瞻性选择临床拟诊为下肢浅静脉曲张患者40例,根据扫描参数的不同,将连续40例患者随机分为4组:I组(标准组):120 kV,250 mAs;II组:120 kV,100 mAs;III组:100 kV,200 mAs;IV组:80 kV,300 mAs。对有效剂量(ED)、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)及图像质量进行评价。结果 1 I~IV组间年龄、体重指数及身高差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2 I~IV组间的ED差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。3 I~IV组的SNR、CNR差异均有统计学意义(F=3.7、3.6,P0.05)。所有图像均能达到诊断要求。结论应用较低管电压和较高的管电流(80 kV,300 mAs)在降低辐射剂量的同时,对图像质量影响较小,能够满足临床诊断要求,可以作为临床下肢浅静脉曲张患者的常规扫描参数。
[Abstract]:Objective the patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were examined by CT or X-ray before and after treatment, and the radiation dose was higher.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of low-dose CT enhanced CT in the imaging of varicose superficial veins of lower extremities.Materials and methods Forward-looking 40 patients with superficial varicose veins of lower extremity were prospectively selected. According to the different scanning parameters, 40 consecutive patients were randomly divided into 4 groups: group I (1: 120 kV), group 2: 120 kV, group 2: 100 kV, 100 mAsC, group III, 1: 100 kV, 200 mAsC, group IV: 80 kV, 300 mAs.The effective dose, SNR, CNR and image quality were evaluated.Results (1) there was no significant difference in age, body mass index and height between I~IV groups. There was significant difference in Ed between P0.05n-2 I~IV group and P0.055.3. I~IV group. There were significant differences in age, body mass index and height.All images can meet the diagnostic requirements.Conclusion the application of lower tube voltage and higher tube current (80kV / 300mAs) can not only reduce the radiation dose, but also have little effect on the image quality, which can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis and can be used as a routine scanning parameter for patients with superficial varicose veins of lower extremity.
