明日叶查尔酮对增强免疫力和抗运动性疲劳的效果

【摘要】:目的:研究明日叶查尔酮增强过度训练小鼠的免疫力及抗疲劳的能力。方法:建立雄性ICR小鼠8周跑台的过度训练模型,将模型小鼠分为4个免疫大组(共200只,每大组n=50),每个免疫大组又分为低、中、高3个剂量组(160、320、800 mg/kg)、过度训练组及阳性对照组(红景天西洋参胶囊200 mg/kg)(n=10),各剂量组以不同剂量的明日叶查尔酮灌胃并分别与过度训练组和阳性对照组进行比较,评价过度训练小鼠抗疲劳能力相关指标;并通过体液免疫、细胞免疫、单核巨噬细胞功能和自然杀伤细胞水平评价其免疫能力。结果:与过度训练组比较;明日查尔酮中、高剂量组的肌、肝糖原含量显著升高(P0.05),血尿素氮含量、血清乳酸脱氢酶活力、血清肌酸激酶含量显著降低(P0.05),并与阳性对照组没有显著差异;中、高剂量明日叶查尔酮能够提高自然杀伤细胞水平,促进小鼠抗体形成细胞增殖,促进脾淋巴细胞增殖转化。结论:明日叶查尔酮具有较好缓解运动性疲劳、增强免疫力的作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the ability of Yicalcone to enhance the immunity and anti-fatigue of over-trained mice. Methods: the overtraining model of male ICR mice for 8 weeks was established. The model mice were divided into four immunized groups (200 rats, each large group with nonglutyl), and each immunized large group was divided into low and middle groups. Three high dose groups, 160320,800 mg / kg, overtraining group and positive control group (200 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1)) of Rhodiola American ginseng capsule, were perfused with different doses of Chalcone by stomach and compared with overtraining group and positive control group, respectively. The relative indexes of anti-fatigue ability of overtrained mice were evaluated, and the immune ability was evaluated by humoral immunity, cellular immunity, mononuclear macrophage function and natural killer cell level. Results: compared with overtraining group, the content of liver glycogen, blood urea nitrogen and serum lactate dehydrogenase activity in high dose group were significantly higher than those in overtraining group. The content of creatine kinase in serum decreased significantly (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference compared with the positive control group, and high dose of tomorrow leaf chalcone could increase the level of natural killer cells, promote the proliferation of antibody forming cells in mice and promote the proliferation and transformation of spleen lymphocytes. Conclusion: Chalcone can relieve exercise fatigue and enhance immunity.
