坐位体前屈的测量效度研究

【摘要】:柔韧素质是指人体关节在不同方向上的运动能力,以及肌肉、韧带的伸展能力.柔韧素质对保证速度、力量的充分发挥以及保证动作的协调性、增加动作的幅度和防止事故发生均有重要意义。 现在一般进行柔韧性的测量方法采用的是坐位体前屈进行测量。本研究对现有的坐位体前屈测量仪改进,本仪器在测量坐姿板上添加了滑轮系统,使得测量坐姿腿长成为可能。选取2009年入学到2011年入学的学生18-21岁的健康学生,男生分为一组,女生分为一组,对所有学生进行随即抽样测量。对各项身体相关指标进行记录。每组选取男女各110人。抽样对象为大学生新生及大二大三学生,以班级为单位,随即抽取健康的男女各105名,总计210名。男生身高160cm-180cm间、体重50K-95Kg女生身高150cm-175cm、女生体重40Kg-70Kg。采用测试卡进行数据记录。在数据收集过程中难免会出现数据记录错误,复查测试卡并剔除。对臂长,卧姿角度,卧姿峰肩长进行采集数据是对整体坐位体前屈的影响效果进行整体与个别进行分析与讨论。 我们清晰的发现男生成绩与测量成绩显著相关的有躯干弯曲角度,坐姿峰肩高,和卧姿峰肩高。3个测试项目的可靠性分别为坐姿肩峰高可靠性系数为0.9261、俯姿肩峰的可靠性系数为0.9064、弯曲角度可靠性系数为0.8651。 女生里与测量成绩相关性显著的有俯姿肩峰高,坐姿峰肩高,弯曲角度。俯姿肩峰的可靠性系数为0.9064、坐姿肩峰高可靠性系数为0.9261、坐姿肩峰高可靠性系数为0.9261。 共同点是显而易见的,它们分别是躯干弯曲角度、坐姿肩峰高、俯姿峰肩高。女生坐姿腿长、臂长呈负相关。男生测量效度成绩成负相关的有身高、臂长、坐姿腿长。与站姿腿长、体重无显著性相关。
[Abstract]:Flexibility refers to the ability of human joints to move in different directions, as well as the ability to stretch muscles and ligaments. Flexibility is of great significance to ensure the speed, the full exertion of strength, the coordination of action, the increase of the amplitude of action and the prevention of accidents. Now the general flexibility measurement method is sitting position flexion measurement. In this study, the existing sitting position forward flexion measuring instrument is improved, and the pulley system is added to the sitting position measuring board, which makes it possible to measure the sitting position leg length. Healthy students aged 18-21 were selected from 2009 to 2011. Boys were divided into one group and girls were divided into one group. All students were measured by random sampling. Record the relevant indexes of the body. Each group selected 110 men and women. The subjects were freshmen and sophomores. The class was used to select 105 healthy men and women, a total of 210 students. The height of male was between 160cm-180cm and the weight of 50K-95Kg was 150cm-175 cm and the weight of female was 40Kg-70kg. Use test card to record data. The data of arm length, position angle and peak shoulder length are analyzed and discussed as a whole. We clearly found that boys' scores were significantly related to their measured results, such as torso bending angle, sitting position, peak shoulder height, The reliability coefficient of the three test items was 0.9261, 0.9064 and 0.8651respectively. Among the girls, there were significant correlation between the measured results and the height of shoulder peak, the height of peak shoulder in sitting position, and the angle of bending. The reliability coefficient of shoulder peak is 0.9064, the reliability coefficient of shoulder peak height in sitting position is 0.9261, and the reliability coefficient of shoulder peak height in sitting position is 0.9261. The common ground is obvious, they are torso bending angle, sitting position shoulder peak height, bending posture peak shoulder height. The length of legs and arms were negatively correlated with the sitting position of girls. The height, arm length and sitting leg length were negatively correlated with the validity scores of male students. There was no significant correlation with standing leg length and body weight.
