正常胰腺宽体探测器单源双能CT灌注成像初探

【摘要】:目的探讨宽体探测器单源双能CT胰腺灌注成像的可行性及正常胰腺组织的灌注特点。方法搜集27例行上腹部CT增强及胰腺CT灌注扫描且胰腺无病变者,按性别和年龄进行分组,采用全器官一次轴位扫描模式。测量胰腺头部、体部、尾部的血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)、平均通过时间(MTT)、达峰时间(TP)和表面通透性(PS)。由两名放射科医师独立完成上述测量。记录并计算辐射剂量。结果两名观察者测得所有灌注参数一致性良好(ICC均0.75)。正常胰腺头部、体部和尾部的不同参数之间差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。不同年龄组(≥60岁、60岁)及不同性别组胰腺组织血流灌注参数之间差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。灌注期有效辐射剂量为14.47 mSv。结论宽体探测器单源双能CT可以用单次轴扫完成单器官容积成像,实现胰腺的低辐射剂量连续灌注成像。正常胰腺组织的血流灌注参数与性别、年龄及胰腺的不同部位无关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of single source and dual energy CT perfusion imaging with wide body detector and the perfusion characteristics of normal pancreatic tissue. Methods Twenty-seven patients with upper abdominal CT enhancement and pancreatic CT perfusion scan without pancreatic lesions were divided into groups according to sex and age, and the whole organ axial scanning mode was used. The blood flow of the head, body and tail of the pancreas was measured, and the blood volume was measured. The mean transit time (MTT), peak time (TPT) and surface permeability were measured. These measurements were performed independently by two radiologists. The radiation dose is recorded and calculated. Results all the perfusion parameters measured by two observers were in good agreement with each other (0.75). There was no significant difference in different parameters of the head, body and tail of the normal pancreas (P 0.05).
