甲状腺癌术前多排螺旋CT增强检查的临床价值

【摘要】：目的探讨甲状腺癌术前多排螺旋CT增强检查对临床的应用价值。方法选取我院2010年5月至2015年12月拟行甲状腺切除术患者患者36例,观察甲状腺肿瘤大小,强化程度,与包膜及周围组织(脂肪间隙、肌肉、血管)关系,淋巴结有无转移。结果 36例中CT评判突破包膜6例,淋巴结转移20例。术后证实突破包膜7例,淋巴结转移18例。结论多排螺旋CT增强扫描可以全面术前评估甲状腺癌与周围组织的关系,并评判淋巴结转移情况,为手术方案的制定提供直观、准确的的依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT before thyroid carcinoma. Methods from May 2010 to December 2015, 36 patients undergoing thyroidectomy in our hospital were selected to observe the size of thyroid tumor, the degree of enhancement, the relationship with the capsule and surrounding tissues (fat space, muscle, blood vessel), and the lymph node metastasis. Results of 36 cases, 6 cases were diagnosed by CT and 20 cases by lymph node metastasis. There were 7 cases of capsular breakthrough and 18 cases of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scan can evaluate the relationship between thyroid carcinoma and surrounding tissues before operation and evaluate lymph node metastasis, which provides an intuitive and accurate basis for the formulation of surgical plan.
