口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影在小肠间质瘤诊断中的临床应用价值

【摘要】：探讨口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影在小肠间质瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。回顾性分析笔者所在医院术后病理确诊为小肠间质瘤的患者资料,选择单纯腹部CT扫描或口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影的44例小肠间质瘤患者的临床资料。18例患者行单纯腹部CT扫描,病灶检出率为22.2%(4/18);26例患者行口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影,病灶检出率为96.2%(25/26);两者病灶检出率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影在小肠间质瘤的诊断价值高,且有助于小肠肿瘤的及早诊断和及早治疗。
[Abstract]:To evaluate the clinical value of oral abdominal CT enterography in the diagnosis of small intestinal stromal tumors. The data of patients with small intestinal stromal tumor (IST) confirmed by pathology after operation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Clinical data of 44 cases of small intestinal stromal tumors with simple abdominal CT scan or oral iodophor CT enterography. 18 cases of small intestinal stromal tumors were examined by simple abdominal CT scan. The detection rate of abdominal CT scan was 22. 2% / 18%. The detectable rate of lesions was 96.2 / 26% and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Abdominal CT enterography with oral iodophor is of high value in the diagnosis of small intestinal stromal tumors and is helpful to the early diagnosis and treatment of small intestinal tumors.
