钼靶X射线联合彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌早期诊断中的临床应用

【摘要】：目的探讨钼靶X射线检查联合彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌早期诊断中的价值。方法选择乳腺癌患者72例进行研究,术前分别行钼靶X射线及彩色多普勒超声检查,将两种方法的检查结果与术后组织病理学检查结果进行对比,比较2种检查方法以及联合检查对乳腺癌诊断的准确性,良、恶性病灶的确诊率以及钙化病灶的检出率。结果钼靶X射线和彩色多普勒超声诊断的准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),联合检查的准确率高于单一检查方法(P0.05)。钼靶X射线检查恶性病灶的确诊率和钙化病灶的检出率高于超声检查,而超声检查的良性病灶确诊率高于钼靶X射线检查,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论钼靶X射线和彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌早期诊断中各有优势,两者联合应用可显著提高早期乳腺癌诊断的准确性,具有较高的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of mammography combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 72 patients with breast cancer were studied. Mammography and color Doppler ultrasound were performed before operation. The results of the two methods were compared with those of postoperative histopathology. To compare the accuracy of two methods and combined examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer, the diagnostic rate of benign and malignant lesions and the detection rate of calcified lesions. Results there was no significant difference between the accuracy of X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of molybdenum target, but the accuracy of combined examination was higher than that of single examination method (P 0.05). The diagnostic rate of malignant lesions and calcified lesions by mammography was higher than that by ultrasound, and the diagnostic rate of benign lesions by ultrasound was higher than that by molybdenum target X-ray examination (P < 0.05). Conclusion Molybdenum target X ray and color Doppler ultrasound have respective advantages in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. The combined application of molybdenum target X ray and color Doppler ultrasound can improve the accuracy of early breast cancer diagnosis and have high clinical application value.
