CARE-kV技术在下肢动脉CTA中的应用

【摘要】：目的:探讨CARE-kV技术在下肢动脉CT血管成像中(CTA)的应用价值。方法:将78例下肢动脉CTA患者随机分为A组(CARE-kV组)、B组(根据体重指数确定kV值组)各39例,分析比较两组图像各测量点的CT值、CNR、CTDIvol、DLP、ED,并对重建图像质量、血管边缘形态、血管内对比剂充盈情况进行评估分析。结果:A、B两组图像各测量点平均CT值(430.02和374.11HU,P=0.10)、CNR(26.60±11.20、29.86±9.95,P=0.13)、图像主观评分VR(3.38±0.59、3.31±0.61,P=0.58)、MIP(3.79±0.40、3.62±0.49,P=0.08)的差异没有统计学意义(P0.05),A、B两组间CTDIvol(4.41±1.32、6.19±3.19,P=0.02)、DLP(533.59±185.66、711.29±388.63,P=0.03)、ED(8.00±2.76、10.66±5.82,P=0.03)的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:CARE-kV技术应用在下肢动脉CTA的检查中,既有效的降低了患者的辐射剂量又能保证图像质量,使管电压的选择更加合理、智能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of CARE-kV in CT angiography of lower extremity. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with CTA of lower extremity artery were randomly divided into two groups: group A (39 cases in CARE-kV group) and group B (39 cases in group B based on body mass index). The CT values of each measuring point of the two groups were analyzed and compared, and the reconstruction image quality and the shape of blood vessel edge were analyzed and compared.
