【摘要】：正体温过低是作战行动中经常遇到的问题。战时,体温过低的发生率急剧增加。美国海岸警卫队的调查显示,在海上的伤亡人员中,约30%的伤亡源自坠海导致的低体温症。现将体温过低复温技术有关情况及研究进展介绍如下。1体温过低症分类及临床表现体心温度低于35℃称为低体温,又称冻僵或体温过低。体温过低是由于人员在低温环境中暴露过久,机体热平衡失调,散热多于产热,体心温度下降到35℃以下,导致机体出现一系列临床症状。根据中心温度
[Abstract]:Positive hypothermia is a common problem in combat operations. The incidence of hypothermia increased dramatically during the war. About 30 percent of casualties at sea are due to hypothermia caused by falling sea, according to a Coast Guard survey. This paper introduces the related situation and research progress of hypothermia and rewarming technique as follows: 1.Classification of hypothermia and clinical manifestation of hypothermia called hypothermia, freezing stiffness or hypothermia.
