【摘要】：背景:冷疗对于减轻大强度训练后的延迟性肌肉酸痛有着较为显著的效果。目的:考察不同的冷疗方案对长距离竞走运动员2个小周期训练中白细胞介素6和前列腺素2水平的影响,探讨冷疗缓解延迟性肌肉酸痛在不同项目中的应用方法。方法:辽宁省竞走队16名男子竞走运动员随机分为冷疗组和冷热交替组,在15 d的训练后用不同的方法进行冷疗,每日训练后进行一次冷疗,其中冷疗组进行不间断的10 min冷疗,冷热交替组以2.5 min冷水和2.5 min热水循环4次,合计10 min。选取6个时点测试血清中的白细胞介素6和前列腺素2水平,统计分析两种疗法的差异。结果与结论:(1)两种冷疗方案中,单纯冷疗降低白细胞介素6水平的作用更加显著;(2)与冷热交替疗法相比,单纯冷疗能够更加显著的降低前列腺素2水平,在赛事较为密集的赛季,能够更加有效的缓解延迟性肌肉酸痛;(3)结果表明,在大强度的训练和高强度密集的赛事中,单纯冷疗是更加有效的缓解延迟性肌肉酸痛的方式。
[Abstract]:Background: cold therapy has a significant effect on relieving delayed muscle soreness after intensive training. Objective: to investigate the effects of different cold therapy schemes on interleukin 6 (IL 6) and prostaglandin 2 (prostaglandin 2) levels in two small cycle training of long distance walkers, and to explore the application of cold therapy in relieving delayed muscle soreness. Methods: sixteen male race walkers of Liaoning Province were randomly divided into cold therapy group and cold and hot alternate group. After 15 days of training, 16 male race walkers were treated with different methods, and once a day after training. The patients in the cold treatment group were treated continuously for 10 min, and those in the alternative group were treated with 2.5 min cold water and 2.5 min hot water for 4 times. The levels of interleukin 6 and prostaglandin 2 in serum were measured at 6 time points and the differences between the two treatments were analyzed statistically. Results compared with the alternative cold therapy, the cold therapy alone could significantly decrease the level of prostaglandin 2. The results show that cold therapy alone is a more effective way to relieve delayed muscle soreness in intensive training and intensive events.
