不同运动负荷下肥胖青少年心脏自主神经功能的研究

【摘要】:本文通过对比正常、超重和肥胖青少年在不同负荷运动中HRV的变化情况,研究肥胖以及运动负荷对HRV的影响,希望能将运动中HRV的相关指标来作为评估青少年运动风险的指标之一。 研究选取北京市海淀区某中学初1年级男生41人,经询问及问卷调查无头晕、慢性传染病、心脏病、四肢关节运动障碍者,根据筛查标准分成正常组、超重组和肥胖组。正常组为对照组。测试前,为受试者佩戴好polar表。休息100分钟后,在平卧的状态下测定5分钟的HRV值。然后以500转/min的速度在50、75和100W的负荷下蹬踩自行车,各5分钟,记录实验后5分钟的HRV值。 研究结果显示三组青少年的HRV指标有以下趋势:1.运动前:肥胖组的HF低于正常组,LF/HF高于正常组(p(0.01),超重组的LF/HF高于正常组(p0.05);2.50W:肥胖组的TF低于正常组,LF/HF高于正常组(p0.01),VLF、LF高于正常组(p<0.05),超重组的LF/HF高于正常组(p<0.05);3.75W:肥胖组的TFHF低于正常组,VLF、LF和LF/HF高于正常组(p0.01),超重组TF、HF低于正常组,LF高于正常组(p0.01),VLF高于正常组(p0.05);4.100W:肥胖组的TF、HF低于正常组,LF、LF/HF高于正常组(p0.01),VLF高于正常组(p0.05),超重组TF低于正常组,LF/HF高于正常组(p0.01),VLF高于正常组(p0.05);5.运动后:肥胖组的TF、HF低于正常组,VLF、LF高于正常组(p0.01),超重组TF低于正常组,VLF高于正常组(p0.01)。 研究中得出结论:1.安静状态下,肥胖和超重青少年自主神经的均衡性发生改变。2.中高等运动负荷下,肥胖青少年自主神经整合功能和迷走神经张力都低于正常青少年,交感神经张力高于正常青少年。交感神经和迷走神经的失衡程度高于正常青少年,表现为交感神经的兴奋。3.肥胖青少年的心率变异性较正常青少年降低,迷走神经张力降低,交感神经张力提高。肥胖会影响青少年的心脏迷走神经张力及交感神经与迷走神经的平衡,使肥胖青少年发生心血管疾病的危险性进一步增加。
[Abstract]:The effects of obesity and exercise load on HRV were studied by comparing the changes of HRV in normal, overweight and obese adolescents during different load exercise. It is hoped that the related indexes of HRV in exercise can be used as one of the indexes to evaluate the sports risk of teenagers. The study selected 41 male students from a middle school in Haidian District, Beijing, who had no dizziness, chronic infectious disease, heart disease by asking and questionnaire investigation. Patients with dyskinesia of extremities were divided into normal group, hyperreconstituted group and obese group according to screening criteria. The normal group was the control group. Before the test, wear the polar watch for the subjects. After 100 minutes of rest, HRV was measured in supine state for 5 minutes. Then at the speed of 500 rpm and 100W, the two groups pedaled on the bicycle for 5 minutes each, and recorded the HRV values of 5 minutes after the experiment. The results showed that the HRV index of the three groups showed the following trend: 1. Before exercise, the HF of obese group was lower than that of normal group (P < 0.05), and that of obese group was higher than that of normal group (P < 0.05), and that of superrecombinant LF / HF was higher than that of normal group (2.50 W). The TF of obese group was higher than that of normal group (P < 0.05), and that of VLFF of obese group was higher than that of normal group (p < 0.05). TFHF was lower than that in normal group and LF / P / HF was higher than that in normal group (P 0.01), superrecombinant TFHF was lower than that in normal group (P 0.01) and VLF was higher than that in normal group (P 0.05) 4.100W: the TFHF of obese group was lower than that of normal group (P 0.01) and that of normal group was higher than that of normal group (p 0.05), and that of superrecombinant TF was lower than that of normal group (P < 0.05). The level of TFHF in obese group was lower than that in normal group (P < 0.05), and that in obese group was lower than that in normal group (P < 0.05). VLF was higher than normal group (P 0.01) and normal group (P 0.05). After exercise, the TFFHF of obese group was lower than that of normal group, and that of superrecombinant TF was lower than that of normal group and VLF of normal group was higher than that of normal group. At rest, the balance of autonomic nerves in obese and overweight adolescents changed by. 2. 2. Under middle and higher exercise load, the autonomic nerve integration function and vagus nerve tension of obese adolescents were lower than those of normal adolescents, and sympathetic nerve tension was higher than that of normal adolescents. The degree of imbalance of sympathetic and vagus nerves was higher than that of normal adolescents. The heart rate variability, vagus nerve tension and sympathetic nerve tension of obese adolescents were lower than those of normal adolescents. Obesity affects cardiac vagus tension and the balance of sympathetic and vagus nerves in adolescents, and increases the risk of cardiovascular disease in obese adolescents.
