【摘要】：正精准医疗战略使得医学影像领域向着定量影像的方向快速发展。随着定量影像相关的序列、软件和应用技术的优化,尤其是伴随动态增强血流动力学模型的开发与改进,动态增强定量成像技术在MRI、CT领域的研究成果丰硕。为肿瘤良恶性评估及分期、肿瘤化疗药物和抗血管生成药物临床疗效评估提供了更精准的影像评估工具,肿瘤定量影像研究和临床普及应用也成为目前的影像发展热点之一。
[Abstract]:The positive precision medical strategy makes the medical imaging field develop rapidly towards the direction of quantitative image. With the optimization of quantitative image sequence, software and application technology, especially with the development and improvement of dynamic enhanced hemodynamic model, dynamic enhanced quantitative imaging technology in the field of MRI CT has achieved fruitful results. It provides a more accurate imaging evaluation tool for the evaluation of clinical efficacy of tumor chemotherapeutic drugs and anti-angiogenic drugs. Quantitative imaging research and clinical application of tumor quantitative imaging have become one of the focus of imaging development.
