【摘要】:目的总结纪念抗战胜利70周年阅兵部队食品原材料检测工作。方法对抗战胜利阅兵部队食品原材料检测进行回顾性总结分析。结果针对抗战胜利阅兵部队食品原材料检测的高严标准和特殊要求,通过搞好前期准备、审验登记资料、严格制度规范、过细检查检测、狠抓问题整改等措施,确保了所有供应受阅部队食品原材料的安全卫生。结论食品原材料检测在整个食品安全保障中地位作用重要,总结经验做法、分析梳理问题并提出对策建议,可为今后类似大型军事活动食品原材料安全检测提供参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the inspection work of food raw materials in the military parade in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan. Methods to review and analyze the food raw materials test of the troops in the victory parade of anti-Japanese war. Results in accordance with the Gao Yan standard and special requirements of food raw materials inspection for the military parade troops in victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, measures were taken to do a good job in preparing for the advance period, checking and checking the registration data, strictly regulating the system, checking and testing too carefully, and paying close attention to the rectification of problems, etc. Ensure the safety and hygiene of all raw food materials supplied to the troops. Conclusion the detection of food raw materials plays an important role in the whole food safety and security. Summing up the experience and practice, analyzing and combing the problems and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions can provide reference for food raw materials safety testing similar to large-scale military activities in the future.
