[Abstract]:Male patient 59 years old, due to left lumbar distended pain with hematuria 8 months, another 6 days. The patient had no obvious inducement to develop left lumbar distention and discomfort 8 months ago. There was no radiation elsewhere, accompanied by naked eye hematuria, bright red, no nausea and vomiting, frequent urination, acute urination, chills, fever, etc. The abdominal CT scan in the external hospital showed "left renal mass".
