正常青年人三维步态:时空及运动学和运动力学参数分析

【摘要】:背景:三维步态分析作为一种客观步态评估方法越来越广泛应用于临床检测。但尚缺乏统一的标准来衡量正常人的步态特征。目的:检测中国正常青年人自然行走步态数据,为临床上异常步态的分析提供参考依据。方法:应用英国Vicon三维运动捕捉系统,对100名正常青年人进行步态测试,得到时空参数、运动学参数、运动力学参数。结果与结论:正常青年人左右侧(髋、膝、踝关节的活动角度和垂直地板反力)曲线分布规律基本一致;髋、膝、踝关节活动角度(最初着地角度、最大屈曲角度、最大伸展角度、矢状面最大活动范围)和垂直地板反力参数(第1波峰值、谷值、第2波峰值)的左右侧相比,差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。说明建立的中国正常人步态数据,可供临床步态分析参考使用。
[Abstract]:Background: as an objective gait evaluation method, 3D gait analysis is more and more widely used in clinical detection. However, there is still a lack of uniform standards to measure the gait characteristics of normal people. Objective: to detect natural gait data of Chinese normal young people and to provide reference for clinical analysis of abnormal gait. Methods: the gait of 100 normal young people was measured by Vicon three-dimensional motion capture system, and the parameters of time and space, kinematics and kinematics were obtained. Results and conclusion: the distribution of the motion angle of the hip, knee, ankle joint and the vertical floor reaction were basically the same in the normal young people, the motion angle of the hip, knee and ankle joint (the initial landing angle, the maximum flexion angle) were basically the same. There was no significant difference between the left and right sides of the maximum stretching angle, the sagittal maximum range and the vertical floor reaction parameters (the first wave peak, the valley value, the second wave peak) (P0.05). The gait data can be used for clinical gait analysis.
