【摘要】:正miRNAs是一类由22个左右核苷酸组成的单链内源性非编码小RNA分子,参与转录后基因表达的调控作用,广泛存在于动植物和病毒中,其表达具有高度的组织特异性和阶段特异性~([1-2])。自miRNA于1993年被首次发现以来~([3]),人们发现,miRNA不仅参与脂质代谢~([4])、细胞的发育及干细胞的维持等众多生理过程~([5]),还参与肿瘤~([6])、糖尿病~([7])、心血管疾病~([8])等病理过程。随着对miRNA研究的逐渐深
[Abstract]:Regular miRNAs are a class of single-stranded endogenous non-coding small RNA molecules consisting of 22 nucleotides or so, which are involved in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression and are widely expressed in animals, plants and viruses.
