右尺骨纤维黏液瘤1例

【摘要】：正在骨骼系统肿瘤中,纤维黏液瘤最早发现以颌骨为特发部位,后有除颌骨外其它各骨的纤维黏液瘤的报道,特称之为"颌骨外"纤维黏液瘤,如长骨纤维黏液瘤,此类文献报道极少~([1-3])。病例男,73岁,于2年前发现右肘内侧肿物,质硬,无触痛,右肘活动无受限,屈肘时间断性疼痛。查体:右肘关节尺侧可触及大小约3.0 cm×3.0 cm肿物,表面皮肤无红肿及静脉怒张,质硬,表面光滑,与周围组织边界清,压痛,右肘关节及右手活动无明显受限,右前臂感觉良好,末梢血运正常。X线平片所见:右尺骨近端靠近鹰嘴处可见类椭圆形低密度
[Abstract]:In the skeletal system tumor, fibronial myxoma is the first discovery of the maxilla as a specific location, and then reports of fibrous myxoma in the other bone except the jaw. X x flat film Seen: near the right ulna near the olecranon, visible oval low density.
