第六届全国特殊奥林匹克运动会运动员“趣味健身”调查

【摘要】：目的调查目前我国特奥运动员一般身体素质状况。方法 2015年5月11~17日,对参加全国第九届残运会暨第六届特奥会并参与"趣味健身"调查的777名运动员进行肌肉柔韧性、肌肉耐力、动静态平衡以及有氧运动评估。结果 727名特奥运动员需要物理治疗师进行肌肉柔韧性训练指导,365名需进行肌肉耐力训练指导,452名需进行平衡训练指导,272名需进行有氧运动训练指导。结论特奥运动员平时训练需要较多关怀;需要物理治疗师在柔韧性、耐力和平衡训练等方面进行特殊指导。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the general physical quality of special Olympic athletes in China. Methods from May 11 to 17, 2015, 777 athletes who participated in the 9th National Paralympic Games and the sixth Special Olympics and participated in the investigation of "fun Fitness" were evaluated for muscle flexibility, muscle endurance, dynamic and static balance and aerobic exercise. Results 727 special Olympic athletes needed physiotherapists for muscle flexibility training 365 needed muscle endurance training 452 needed balance training and 272 needed aerobic training. Conclusion the special Olympic athletes need more care in normal training, and physical therapists need special guidance in the aspects of flexibility, endurance and balance training.
