多层螺旋CT骨三维重建在肋骨及肋软骨骨折的诊断价值
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of 3D reconstruction of multislice spiral CT (multislice spiral computed tomography-MSCT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of rib and costal cartilage fractures. Methods Forty-three patients with thoracic trauma were studied. Three dimensional reconstruction of rib and costal cartilage was performed by volume rendering VR, maximum density projection (maximum intensity projection and multiplanar reconstruction of (multi planar reconstruction.These images were compared with conventional CT scans. The diagnostic advantages of MSCT 3D reconstruction were analyzed. Results there were 122 rib fractures in 43 cases, in which single fracture accounted for 30.23 and multiple fractures accounted for 69.77. The axillary segment of rib fracture was more common, accounting for 95.6555 cases of costal cartilage fracture. The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing fracture of rib and costal cartilage was 98.36 and 95.65, which was significantly higher than that in plain CT scan (72.95 and 13.04). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion MSCT is an ideal imaging method for the diagnosis of rib and cartilage fractures.
