读《自体干细胞介入治疗糖尿病足临床效果观察》一文有感

【摘要】：正近日阅读发表于贵刊的一篇文章《自体干细胞介入治疗糖尿病足临床效果观察》(田红岸,余开湖,林凤平,等.自体干细胞介入治疗糖尿病足临床效果观察.介入放射学杂志,2016,25:1040-1043.),该文作者将61例糖尿病足患者随机分为3组,分别给予单纯PTA、自体骨髓干细胞(AMSC)移植、PTA联合AMSC移植治疗,随访9个月发现PTA联合AMSC移植组总有效率优于另外两组,且下肢血管狭窄复发率低于另外两组;作者认为PTA联合AMSC移植治疗糖尿病足安全、有效,疗效优于单纯PTA及单纯AMSC移植治疗。仔细阅读该文有以下疑惑:(1)作者未提及该研究是否通过了伦理委员会批准,其中一组患者只是经导管给予局部注射
[Abstract]:Recently read an article published in your journal, "observation on the Clinical effect of Autologous Stem Cell Interventional Therapy on Diabetic foot" (Tian Hongan, Yu Kaihu, Lin Fengping, et al.) Clinical effect of autologous stem cell intervention on diabetic foot. The authors randomly divided 61 patients with diabetic foot into three groups: single (AMSC), autologous bone marrow stem cell (AMSC) transplantation combined with AMSC transplantation. 9 months follow-up showed that the total effective rate of PTA combined with AMSC transplantation group was better than that of the other two groups, and the recurrence rate of lower extremity vascular stenosis was lower than that of the other two groups. The authors considered that PTA combined with AMSC transplantation was safe and effective in the treatment of diabetic foot. The curative effect was superior to that of PTA and AMSC transplantation alone. Read this article carefully with the following doubts: (1) the authors did not mention whether the study was approved by the Ethics Committee, and one group of patients was given only a local injection through the cathete
