“双低”在肝脏CT增强扫描中的可行性
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of dynamic enhanced CT scanning of liver by reducing radiation dose and using low concentration contrast agent. Methods: one hundred and eighty subjects were randomly divided into two groups: group I (270 mg I / ml) and group II (320 mg I / m L iodoxanol), then A (120kV / 300 m A) B) (100kV / 400 m A) C) were scanned with different scans. The mapping conditions were randomly distributed in groups I and II (arterial phase). In the dynamic enhancement scan of the venous phase, delay period; record, The effective radiation dose (eff ective radiation doseed), image CT value and noise value (image of noisegni), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), (contrast to noise ratiogna (contrast to noise), and overall image quality (overall image quality) were analyzed and compared in each group. Results: the Ed value of group C was lower than that of group A in 3 phase dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning. There were significant differences between the two groups in image quality (NINRRX CNRIQ). (P0.05) Ed in group B was significantly lower than that in group A in dynamic enhanced scan (group A). There was a significant difference between the two groups in image quality (NINRRX CNRIQ) (P0.05). The Ed of group B was significantly lower than that of group A (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in image quality (P0.05). Under the same scanning condition, there was significant difference in CT value between the two groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in image quality between A-II group and B-IC-I group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in image quality between A-II group and B-I group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in CT value between B-IC-I group and A-II group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in CT value between B-I group and A-II group (P0.05). There was significant difference between A-II group and C-I group (P0.05). Conclusion: by decreasing the voltage of the tube and increasing the current of the tube and applying low concentration contrast agent, the quality of dynamic enhanced CT scan image of liver can be satisfied with the diagnosis, and the dose of radiation and contrast agent can be reduced at the same time.
