囊性肾癌的超声、CT及MRI影像学诊断分析

【摘要】：囊性肾癌是指在影像学上表现为囊性或囊实混合性的一种较少见的肾细胞癌,由于其临床表现复杂多样,早期单房囊肿型肾癌极易误诊为肾囊肿。本文主要总结囊性肾癌的影像学表现,并对近年来超声造影新技术对囊性肾癌的诊断价值及应用现状做一综述。
[Abstract]:Cystic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a rare renal cell carcinoma which is characterized by cystic or cystic mixed in imaging. Because of its complicated clinical manifestations, early single-locular renal cell carcinoma is easily misdiagnosed as renal cysts. In this paper, the imaging findings of cystic renal cell carcinoma are summarized, and the diagnostic value and application status of new contrast-enhanced ultrasound techniques in cystic renal cell carcinoma in recent years are reviewed.
