放疗导致口腔干燥的发病机制及治疗靶点研究进展

【摘要】：口腔干燥是头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后的常见不良反应,严重影响患者的生活质量,但目前临床有效治疗手段较为欠缺。放疗可导致唾液腺发生显著病理变化,并通过抑制唾液分泌、诱导细胞凋亡、促进细胞衰老、引起微血管损伤及氧化损伤等相关机制引发口腔干燥。对于放疗导致的口腔干燥,目前主要针对M胆碱能受体和肾上腺素能受体激动剂、细胞凋亡、细胞自噬、细胞衰老等相关靶点开展药物开发和治疗研究。
[Abstract]:Oral dryness is a common adverse reaction after radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Radiotherapy can cause significant pathological changes in salivary glands, and induce apoptosis by inhibiting saliva secretion, promoting cell senescence, causing microvascular damage and oxidative damage and other related mechanisms to induce oral dryness. For the oral dryness caused by radiotherapy, the drug development and treatment are mainly focused on M cholinergic receptor and adrenergic receptor agonist, apoptosis, autophagy, cell senescence and so on.
