【摘要】：正1案例资料1.1简要案情及现场情况某日,冯某(男)被发现死在自家院内,李某(女)死在冯某家中西卧室内。冯某家位于村内中心部位,其未婚,独自居住。围墙未见攀爬痕迹。大门内外无撬痕。冯某尸体位于北屋门前水泥地面,穿袜无鞋,袜子底部粘附有血迹。头颈部、双腕部下方地面有血迹。北屋最上层台阶有一明显的擦蹭痕迹(联苯胺反应呈阳性)。自西卧室门至客厅门之间有单向成趟穿袜血足迹和滴落血迹。自西卧室门至厨房洗手池处地面有
