【摘要】:正运动可以通过多种方式影响免疫系统的功能,如调节中性粒细胞的呼吸爆发,淋巴细胞增殖,或细胞介导的细胞毒作用。淋巴细胞的功能状态严格受细胞内钙信号的动态调节。既往研究对疲劳运动如何影响淋巴细胞增殖和细胞内钙信号有深入的研究,但关于适量持久的运动对细胞增殖和细胞内钙信号调节的研究非常有限,本文旨在研究适度锻炼对于细胞内钙信号
[Abstract]:Positive movement can affect the function of the immune system in many ways, such as regulating the respiratory burst of neutrophils, lymphocyte proliferation, or cell-mediated cytotoxicity. The functional state of lymphocytes is strictly regulated by the intracellular calcium signal. Previous studies have focused on the effects of fatigue exercise on lymphocyte proliferation and intracellular calcium signal, but there are limited studies on the effects of sustained exercise on cell proliferation and intracellular calcium signal regulation. The aim of this study was to study the effect of moderate exercise on intracellular calcium signal.
