有氧运动对老年男性生物学年龄的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨有氧运动对老年男性生物学年龄的影响。方法选取96例退休男性老年人将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组接受常规运动管理,观察组接受有氧运动管理。比较两组生物学年龄和肺活量。结果观察组生物学年龄显著低于对照组(P0.05)。运动前,两组肺活量无显著差异(P0.05);运动后观察组肺活量显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论有氧运动对不同衰老程度老年男性生物学年龄可起到延缓的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on the biological age of aged men. Methods Ninety-six retired elderly men were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). The control group received routine exercise management and the observation group received aerobic exercise management. Biological age and vital capacity were compared between the two groups. Results the biological age of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Before exercise, there was no significant difference in vital capacity between the two groups (P0.05); after exercise, the vital capacity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion aerobic exercise can delay the biological age of aged men with different aging degrees.
