青蒿琥酯治疗脑型疟疾昏迷患者1例

【摘要】：正2016-06月南苏丹瓦乌地区中国维和二级医院使用注射用青蒿琥酯成功抢救1例因恶性脑疟造成昏迷的病人,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床表现患者,男,26岁,中国维和军人。因"发热2d,意识不清20h"于2016-06-29日10∶50由科瓦乔克一级医院转送作者医院。病人于2d前站岗后感觉畏寒,测体温为37.5℃,由军医给予对症治疗后好转。1d前午休时再次感觉畏寒,测体温38.0℃,再次给予对症治疗,畏寒发热消失,但感觉轻度头痛,未引起重视。约4h后头痛加重,患者在一级医院诊治过程中出现意识不清。一级医院查疟疾试纸呈阳性,考虑为疟疾,给予
