西咪替丁对急性照射小鼠存活率及造血系统改变的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of cimetidine on survival rate and hematopoietic system of acute irradiated mice. Methods the mice were irradiated with 137Cs 纬 -ray in whole body. The dose of 6.0Gy and 8.0 Gy in the two experiments was 1.01Gy / min. Sixty healthy male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, positive drug group (523) and 33.3100300mg/kg cimetidine group. Cimetidine was administered by gavage 6 days before irradiation, once a day, 5 hours after irradiation, and 1 time by stomach on 1 day before irradiation in the positive drug group, and once at 5 hours after irradiation in the positive drug group. The survival rate of mice 30 days after 8.0Gy irradiation, peripheral blood picture, bone marrow DNA content and micronucleus rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes were measured. Results after 8.0Gy irradiation, all the mice in the model control group died on the 21st day, and cimetidine was low. The 30-day survival rate of the high dose group was 50% and 30%, respectively. On the 30th day after 6.0Gy irradiation, compared with the blank control group, the peripheral white blood cells in each irradiation group decreased significantly (P0.01), the micronucleus rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes increased significantly (P0.05), and the content of bone marrow DNA decreased significantly (P0.05). Compared with the model control group, the peripheral blood leukocytes in cimetidine high dose group increased significantly (P0.01), and the DNA content in bone marrow of cimetidine group increased significantly (P0.01P05). The micronucleus rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes decreased significantly (P 0.01 P 0.05) and tended to normal. Conclusion cimetidine can improve the 30 day survival rate of acute irradiation mice and has a better protective effect on hematopoietic system.
