快速DNA指纹分析技术在个体识别中的应用

【摘要】：目的结合实际案例,探讨快速DNA技术在个体识别案件中的应用。方法分别从实验室快速STR扩增试剂盒和现场一体化DNA检验设备两个方面进行说明,列举了采样工具及检材处理流程、扩增试剂及成分配比优化、电泳检测及数据分析等对快速检验的影响。结果两者在案件中均取得了成功的STR分型结果,其相应的快速检验流程能够满足日常案件检验需求。结论个体识别DNA快速检验与分析可以被充分应用到案件实战中,对促进DNA证据的及时提取与鉴定具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of rapid DNA technique in individual case identification. Methods the rapid STR amplification kit in the laboratory and the field integrated DNA test equipment were introduced respectively. The sampling tools and the processing flow of the samples, the optimization of the amplification reagent and the composition ratio were listed. The effect of electrophoresis detection and data analysis on rapid test. Results both of them obtained successful STR typing results, and the corresponding rapid test procedure could meet the needs of daily cases. Conclusion the rapid test and analysis of individual identification DNA can be fully applied to the actual cases, and it is of great significance to promote the timely extraction and identification of DNA evidence.
