【摘要】：正1案例资料1.1简要案情虞某,男,42岁。某日与他人发生争吵后,被他人抱摔在地,起身后背靠在路边树下,后晕倒在地,送医院抢救无效死亡。约20年前因心脏刺伤史,曾行开胸手术治疗。1.2尸体检验尸表检验右耳廓红肿,见0.5cm皮肤撕裂伤。左颈部见0.5cm抓痕。左胸部见16cm陈旧性弧形疤痕。解剖检验右颞部头皮下、右颞肌均见小片状出血、淤血。颈前舌骨下两块肌肉间见1.1cm×0.4cm出血、
[Abstract]:Case 1.1 Summary case Yu, male, 42 years old. One day after quarrelling with others, he fell to the ground, got up and leaned back under a roadside tree, then fainted to the ground, and was sent to the hospital to die. Thoracic surgery was performed about 20 years ago due to a history of a stinging heart. 1. 2 autopsy showed redness and swelling of the right auricle and 0.5cm skin laceration. 0.5cm scratch on left neck. 16cm's old arc scar was seen on the left chest. Anatomical examination of the right temporal scalp, the right temporal muscle were small patches of bleeding, congestion. 1.1cm 脳 0.4cm bleeding was seen between the two muscles under the hyoid of the neck.
