自适应迭代剂量降低重建算法对脑血管体模CT图像质量的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨脑血管CT成像中自适应迭代剂量降低重建(AIDR)3D算法与图像质量的关系。方法采用ATOM 701-D型成年男性仿真人头颅模型,配置碘水混合对比剂模拟脑血管。采用320排容积CT以100kV、300mA、0.5s进行颅脑单圈扫描,分别采用AIDR 3D4个等级(off、mild、standard、strong)进行图像重建。获得轴位血管CT值及噪声、脑组织CT值及噪声、SNR和CNR。不同迭代算法等级重建对图像质量的影响采用单因素方差分析。结果不同AIDR3D等级重建的血管噪声、脑组织噪声、SNR、CNR差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05);血管CT值及脑组织CT值差异均无统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论不同AIDR 3D等级降低噪声效果和提高图像质量能力不同,等级越高,图像质量越高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between adaptive iterative dose reduction (AIDR) 3D algorithm and image quality in cerebrovascular CT imaging. Methods ATOM 701-D adult male model was used to simulate the cerebral vessels. Using 320 row volume CT, the brain was scanned with 100kV ~ 300mAm ~ (0.5) s, and the images were reconstructed by AIDR 3D4 grade (off,mild,standard,strong). CT value and noise of axial vessel, CT value and noise of brain tissue, SNR and CNR. were obtained. Single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to analyze the effect of different iterative algorithms on image quality. Results there were significant differences in vascular noise, brain noise and SNR,CNR between different AIDR3D grades, but there was no significant difference in vascular CT value and CT value in brain tissue (P0. 05). Conclusion different AIDR 3D grades can reduce noise and improve image quality. The higher the grade is, the higher the image quality is.
