老年人最大伸膝动作时的肌力与肌电RMS特征

【摘要】:目的研究老年人、年轻人在完成最大伸膝动作时的肌力与肌电特征。方法研究选择48位受试者,老年人32位,年轻人16位,共分为6组,包括年轻男女组、常锻炼老年男女组、不常锻炼老年男女组,受试者以角速度60°/s与180°/s在等速肌力测试系统进行5次最大伸膝测试,同时进行肌电测试,测量股四头肌的相对100%MVC、100%MVC时的相对RMS值等指标。结果不常锻炼老年人相对肌力要显著低于其他组,常锻炼女性老年人的相对100%MVC数值明显高于其他老年人,快速收缩状态下女性老年人大腿优势侧相对肌力更差;在伸膝动作中,各组受试者股外肌、股直肌、股内肌100%MVC时的相对RMS值常锻炼老年人与年轻人更接近。结论运动对老年人相对肌力、肌电信号改善效果非常显著,特别是对女性老年人效果更好。因受试者个人的运动习惯、运动项目不同,各块肌肉发挥的作用也不同。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the myodynamic and electromyoelectric characteristics of the elderly and young people. Methods A total of 48 subjects, 32 elderly and 16 young, were divided into 6 groups, including young men and women, old men and women who exercised frequently, old men and women who did not exercise frequently. In the isokinetic muscle strength test system, the maximal extensor knee was tested five times with the angular velocity of 60 掳/ s and 180 掳/ s, and the myoelectric test was carried out at the same time. The relative RMS value of the quadriceps femoris muscle was measured at 100MVC / s and 100MVC. Results the relative muscle strength of the elderly who did not exercise regularly was significantly lower than that of the other groups, and the relative 100%MVC value of the elderly who exercised frequently was significantly higher than that of the other elderly people. The relative muscle strength of the dominant side of the thigh of the elderly women was worse under the condition of rapid contraction. In extensor knee movement, the relative RMS values of the external femoral muscle, rectus femoris muscle and medial muscle of each group were more similar to those of the young people. Conclusion exercise can improve the relative muscle strength and electromyography of the elderly, especially for the elderly women. Each muscle plays a different role because of the subjects' individual exercise habits and exercise events.
