股骨头软骨母细胞瘤一例

【摘要】：正病史:患者,女,21岁,22个月前出现左髋关节无诱因疼痛,程度可耐受,不伴发热、夜间痛、盗汗,未服用药物。查体见左下肢轻度跛行,左髋关节皮肤不红,未见静脉曲张,皮温不高、未触及肿胀、包块,局部深压痛,未及血管杂音,关节被动及主动活动可,四肢感觉运动可,肢端血运活动可,病理征未引出。影像学表现:左髋关节正侧位X线片示左侧股骨头、颈部限局性骨质破坏灶,边界清晰、硬化,病灶内密度欠均匀,未见明确软组织肿块形
[Abstract]:History: patient, female, 21-year-old, 22 months ago, left hip joint pain without inducement, tolerance, no fever, nocturnal pain, night sweating, no medication. The body examination showed that the left lower limbs had mild claudication, the skin of the left hip joint was not red, no varicose vein was seen, the skin temperature was low, the swelling and mass were not touched, the local deep tenderness, the blood vessel murmur, the passive and active motion of the joints, and the sensory movement of the extremities were possible. Acromegaly blood supply activity, pathological sign did not lead to. Imaging findings: left hip joint X-ray showed the left femoral head, neck localized bone destruction, clear boundary, sclerosis, inhomogeneous density in the focus, and no definite soft tissue mass.
