128层螺旋CT血管成像对肝右静脉及右肝下副静脉解剖的研究

【摘要】：目的:应用128层螺旋CT检查,评价肝右静脉及右肝下副静脉的解剖。方法 :432例患者行128层螺旋CT检查,对肝静脉图像进行后处理,观察其解剖细节。结果:Nakamura分型,Ⅰ型274例(占63.43%),Ⅱ型108例(占25%),Ⅲ型50例(占11.57%)。肝右静脉起始处直径(10.68±3.18)mm,主干长度(10±2.37)cm。96例患者出现114条右肝下副静脉,直径(4.43±1.48)mm,主干长度(6.34±2.22)cm,18例患者有2条右肝下副静脉。肝右静脉与右肝下副静脉汇入下腔静脉处间距为(4.74±1.28)cm。结论:术前128层螺旋CT检查可显示肝右静脉及右肝下副静脉的详细解剖,为肝脏外科手术提供准确信息。
